Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Clip – One Second Videos (the "App"), published by the Clip team ("we"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, photos and notes you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any media or music you import, and for anything you share with collaborators or on social networks.

3. Premium subscriptions

• Clip Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Purchases made before this version (including lifetime access) remain valid.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the App or its services.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep your data intact across updates but recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
